Is Kitty Hawk Painting Insured?
Yes, our jobs and our crews are completely covered. We are insured through Federated Insurance, and are happy to provide more detailed information upon request.
Can I stay in my home during the job?
Absolutely! We put drop cloths on the floor, move items near walls to the center of the room, and cover furniture so everything is protected, but that doesn't mean you will need to leave your home. Our crew is curtous and polite and do their best to allow you to enjoy your space during the process.
I'm not able to be present during the process. Is that OK?
Of course! We can coordinate the job with rental companies and homeowners so you don't eve need to be physically present.
What do I do with furniture, wall art & other personal belongings?
We are a full service painting company, we expect to move large items like couches and smaller items like wall art and home décor. However, we do prefer you remove any sentimental items.
