I highly recommend Kitty Hawk Painting. Of all the contractors we reached out to they were the only one who provided a detailed proposal with competitive pricing. While other painters were asking for a sizable deposit of up to 50% they only required a nominal deposit to put us on the their schedule. The quality of the work which included both painting and some repairs to siding and trim was better than any of the painters that we have previously used in the Outer Banks over the 22 years that we owned our home.

We were very pleased with the work that we received from Kitty Hawk Painting. We had our cabinets painted and the exterior of our home painted. Nathan was very detailed with the assessment of our home and itemized the costs associated with the job. He would also send pictures of the progress which was much appreciated as we are out of town. He was very assessable when I had questions. He returned calls and emails promptly. I would definitely recommend Kitty Hawk painting.

Nathan and his team were great. Nathan quoted us in great detail, taking photos of the needed drywall repairs and any notes. He was very communicative about when we’d be scheduled and worked with our flooring contractor. He followed up with us after the work was done and had his crew come out quickly to finish some remaining punchlist items / touch ups before we opened for the season. Great local family run business and professional crew; they did an excellent job and we’re very happy with their work. We would recommend to anyone needing painting and will be using them again when the need arises.
